Judith Ann Decher, 70 of Spencer, Indiana died on February 8, 2017 at Bradenton Hospice House, Florida. She was born February 28, 1946 to the late Russell and Myrtle Decher, Sr.
She is survived by her son, Patrick (Clorissa) Quillin, Jr; daughter, Shallis Quillin; granddaughter, Alex Quillin; siblings, Dora Decher, Justus (Carolyn) Decher and Ronald Decher.
She was proceeded in death by sibling, Russell (Kay) Decher, Jr.
Cremations has been taken place at Alan Moore/ Ellenton Funeral Home, Florida.
