City approves proposal for apartment complex

GREENFIELD — The Greenfield City Council this week approved a developer’s proposal to build an apartment complex in the city’s Progress Park.

The Justus Companies, an Indianapolis developer has proposed building an apartment complex composed of up to 260 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units in the business park located north of Interstate 70.

The city council on Wednesday approved a request to rezone roughly 33.5 acres of land so the project can be built.
