FORTVILLE — The Fortville Business and Professional Women’s Club is now accepting nominations for the Indiana Women’s Education Foundation’s Youth of Achievement Award.
This award is presented to a current high school student, male or female. Nominations are based on exemplary volunteerism and community service.
The winners will be invited to a luncheon at the state convention April 8 in Ft. Wayne.
To nominate a student, contact Fortville BPW chairperson Carol Jacobson at 317-654-8336 to receive a nomination form. The nomination form and a narrative of 200 words or fewer describing why the nominee should be considered for this award must be postmarked by March 1.
