40-point scorer headlines IBCA weekly honorees
Mason VanHouten averaged 32.3 points over three games, including a school-record 49 points in one of them, and the Fort Wayne Canterbury senior paces the recipients in this week’s IBCA Player of the Week program.
Logansport senior Matt Jennings, Warren Central senior Mack Smith, West Washington senior Michael Sizemore, Marquette Catholic sophomore Sophia Nolan, Noblesville junior Emily Kiser and Greensburg junior Kyra Whitaker join VanHouten as honorees for Jan. 23 to 28 in the recognition program coordinated by the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association.
