The Hancock County Health Department inspects restaurants four time annually and violations are determined as “C” for critical, “NC” for noncritical and “R” for repeated violations. The following inspections are based on information obtained from Retail Food Inspection Reports.

Jan. 12

Pizza Hut

Location: 1010 N. State St., Greenfield

Type of Inspection: Routine

Violations found: C/R – Food contact surfaces need to be clean to sight and touch, scoop stored as clean has cheese sauce on it, corrected; NC/R – wall behind dish machine beginning to deteriorate, repair and replace coving, to be corrected by April 1.

AFC Sushi at Kroger

Location: 1571 N. State St., Greenfield

Type of Inspection: Routine
