HANCOCK COUNTY — A City of Greenfield employee faces a rape charge amid allegations he sexually assaulted a woman in the Fortville area, police said.
Mark Jeffery Warren, who works in the city garage, was taken into custody Monday afternoon by members of the Fortville Police Department, officials said.
Records show Warren faces a single Level 3 felony charge of rape, according to online court records.
The defendant was ordered to be held without bond until his first court appearance, according to online court records.
