John D. Hogue, 84, of Rockvale, Tenn., and formerly of Morristown, passed away January 17, 2017, at his home. John was born in Allen County, Ky. the son of the late William and Ava (Willoughby) Hogue.
He was a Brick Layer.
Surviving are his children, Debi Maupin (Tony) of Rockvale, Tenn. and Cindy Harris (Ron) of Oviedo, Fla.; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Amon Hogue (Jimmie) of Seymore, Ind.; sisters, Leatrice Royer (Johnny Bill) of Greenfield, Clara Clark of New Palestine and Mable Britt (Trulon) of Austin, Ky.
Preceding him in death was his wife, Arlie; son, Gary; daughter, Teresa and son, Kelly.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, January 22, at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Monday, January 23, at the funeral home. Entombment will be in Washington Park East Cemetery.
