Michael Miller, 72 of Greenfield, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2017, at Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield. He was born on October 5, 1944, in Indianapolis, to the late Donald and Addie Miller.
Michael spent his career working as a Machinist. He married the love of his life Linda on September 25, 1970. Michael was a volunteer firefighter in Warren Township and Greene Township. He enjoyed coaching youth baseball in Maxwell. Michael was known to be goofy, silly, and loved dearly by his grandchildren whom he also loved greatly.
Surviving Michael is his wife, Linda Miller of Greenfield; daughters, Lisa Kay Hobbs of Greenfield, Michele (Mike) Plain of McCordsville; brothers, Larry Miller of Florida, Ed Miller of Oaklandon, Jerry Miller of Florida, Rick Miller of Lawrence; sister, Glenda Scurlock of Alabama; brothers-in-law, Ricky Allen, Terry Allen, Darrell Allen; grandchildren, Bryan, Sasha, Josiah, Makayla, Ashlyn, Mikey, Lucas, and Violet.
Preceding Michael in death are his parents whom are listed above; brother, Donnie Miller; brother-in-law, Michael Allen.
Visitation for Michael will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Monday, January 23, 2017, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield, 1780 West Main St, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 24, 2017, at the funeral home with burial to immediately follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield, 621 S State St, Greenfield, IN.
