Charles Sewell, Jr., 79, of Fortville, died Thursday, January 12, 2017, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born December 8, 1937, in Indianapolis to the late Charles Sewell, Sr. and Gladys (Bunker) Sewell.
Charles is survived by his son, Bryan C. (Lori) Sewell of Fishers; stepdaughters, Angie (Larry) Meece of Greenfield and Debbie (Fred) Allgood of McCordsville; stepson, Kevin Woods of New York, NY; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Delores A. (Fippen) Sewell in 2011.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, January 17, at Seals Funeral Home in Fortville. A graveside service will take place at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, January 18, at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
