Marcella A. Tutrow Lawrence, 76, of Greenfield passed away Friday, December 30, 2016, at St. Vincent Heart Center, Indianapolis. She was born September 24, 1940, to the late Charles and Mary (Stapp) Farmer.

Marcella owned Marcy’s, an antique store in Greenfield, for many years. She loved flower arranging, making hats for cancer patients, making various kinds of crafts and was great at decorating.

Marcella is survived by her husband, Thomas Lawrence; sons, Michael Tutrow, Scott Tutrow, Brian Tutrow; daughters, Mary Brokering, Debbie Sparks, Cheryl Nienhaus, Connie Smith, Marla Sturn; sisters, Helen Birdcell, Lois Walton, Kay Burk; 22 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents whom are listed above; her first husband, Phillip Tutrow; son, Charles Tutrow; brothers, Richard Farmer, Clayton Farmer, Joseph Farmer, Gary Farmer, Donald Farmer and sister, Judy Fout.

Visitation for Marcella will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, January 4, 2017, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield, 1780 West Main St, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2017, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at New Palestine Cemetery following the service.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
