INDIANAPOLIS — If you and the young ones in your family won’t make it until midnight on New Year’s Eve, you can “Countdown to Noon” at noon and 1 p.m. on Dec. 31 at the Indianapolis Children’s Museum, 3000 N. Meridian St. Hats and party favors are available while supplies last and Grammy-nominated musician Zak Morgan will provide the entertainment. This event is included in admission to the museum.
