Greenfield parks board welcomes new member
GREENFIELD — The board of the Greenfield Parks and Recreation Department welcomed its newest member at its last meeting of the year.
Deby Low of 40 Financial Inc. reached out to parks superintendent Ellen Kuker after hearing about the vacancy on the board following the death of board member Jill Carr, who battled cancer. Low said she wanted to add a volunteering activity to her schedule.
Low and her husband, Mike, enjoy giving back to the community through a variety of service and nonprofit organizations, she said.
