CARMEL — The Booth Tarkington Civic Theatre, 3 Center Green, presents Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast,” through Jan. 1. The musical fairy tale features Belle, who is captured by a beast in the forest when she attempts to rescue her father. As time passes, Belle and the beast become friends and fall in love.
