Alta M. Livingston Hudson, 86, of Greenfield, died December 7, 2016. Born May 29, 1930, in Bloomington, Ind. to the late Emery E. and May M. (Clendening) Livingston.
She graduated from Washington High School in Indianapolis, and attended Indiana Central College. She was a junior Girl Scout Leader for ten years in Cumberland as well as Clerk/Treasurer of the Town of Cumberland in the 1960’s, and a Trust Officer for New Palestine Bank. She retired from the Trust Dept. of Fifth Third Bank in 1995. She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church, and the Brandywine Creek DAR Chapter.
She leaves behind her children, Deana Hudson, Robert (Debbie) Hudson, and Oren (Debbie) Hudson; grandchildren, Danyell, Joe, and Sara; and siblings, Peggy (Scott) Jones, Sharron (Larry) Sellars, Trisha (Jim) Livingston.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. Hudson; daughter, Linda Hudson; brothers, Fred, Bob, and Jim Livingston, and sister-in-law, Margaret Stiko.
Services will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, December 15 at Hendryx Mortuary, Cumberland Chapel. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service.
