Linda Lou (Wisehart) Cole, 78 of Greenfield passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2016, in Greenfield. She was born January 15, 1938, in Shirley, the daughter of the late Alonzo and Mellie (McCray) Wisehart.
Linda was a former x-ray technician, dietary aide, and homemaker. She enjoyed painting, making cakes, and playing the piano and accordion. She also enjoyed Red Hats and taking care of her family.
She was a member of the Shirley Christian Church and Eastern Star.
Linda is survived by her four daughters, Angela (William) Freeman of Shirley, Rita (Jeff) White of Shirley, Valerie (Robert) Schmoll of Greenwood, and Shelley (Dominic) Plymale of Carmel; five grandchildren, Calob White, Miranda White, Cody (Erica) Freeman, Kyle (Leah) Freeman, Andrew Schmoll, and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two siblings, Betty (Jack) Miller, and Gerald Wisehart and several nieces and nephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph E. Cole; and brothers, Eugene Wisehart, Robert Wisehart, Byron Wisehart, and Richard Wisehart.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, December 09, at Condo and Son Funeral Home in Wilkinson. Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 10, at the funeral home with Gary Sickle officiating. Burial will follow at McCray Cemetery in Wilkinson.
