SHIRLEY — The Shirley Fire Department is coordinating efforts with Eastern Hancock Schools and the Knightstown Cheer Guild to collect toys for area families in need.
Toy collection boxes are located in Shirley at town hall, 409 S. Main St., Tennant Chiropractic Clinic, 314 Main St., and Star Financial Bank, 310 Main St. Boxes are located in Wilkinson at the Dollar General, 445 S. Main St., the Wilkinson Church of Christ, 7293 State Road 109, and Wilkinson Insurance, 182 S. Main St.
The deadline to donate a new toy is Dec. 19. For more information, call 765-738-6590.
