GREENFIELD — McIntire McIntire joined the Hancock County Community Foundation on Nov. 28 as an administrative associate. She hails from Portland, Indiana, and recently graduated from the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
Most recently, McIntire served as a resource coordinator for the Indiana Association for Community Economic Development, where she worked on marketing and fundraising efforts. McIntire’s work experience also includes internships with the Community Foundation of Bloomington and Monroe County, Central Indiana Community Foundation and The Portland Foundation. She administered foundation scholarships and supported College Readiness and Success initiatives by providing data on scholarship recipients for donor services. She reviewed grant applications for nonprofit organizations and promoted events such as Match Madness at the Community Foundation of Bloomington and Monroe County that raised more than $148,000 for nonprofits in under 25 hours.
McIntire’s responsibilities include donor acknowledgement and gift tracking, event management, social media messaging and marketing material development.
