David J. Carter, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, improper or no tail or plate light, open alcoholic beverage container during operation of motor vehicle, false registration, failure to signal or turn for lane change.
Jerry L. Montgomery, battery resulting in bodily injury.
William E. Knight, illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage.
Jeremy D. Brown, check deception under $750.
Charles Morgan, failure to return to lawful detention.

Juan Rendon-Carrera, operating a motor vehicle without ever having received a license.
John Whiteside, theft, unlawful discharge into water.
