Eulah L. Wheeler, 93, of Bossier City, La., passed away on Friday, November 25, 2016, at Pilgrim Manor Nursing Home in Bossier City, La.. She was born on October 3, 1923, in Loogootee, Ind. to the late Joseph and Mary (Lents) Nolan.

Eulah graduated from Loogootee High School. Eulah was a retired bookkeeper for Greenfield Auto Supply for several years. She was an avid bowler and she enjoyed water aerobics. She was a member of the LaFemmes American Legion #119. She also attended St. Michael Catholic Church in Greenfield.

Surviving Eulah are her sons, Danny Wheeler of Greenfield, Tom Wheeler of Shelbyville; daughters, Julie Robinette of Shreveport, La., Linda Reed (Larry) Wilson of Pocatello, Idaho; brother, Don Nolan of Loogootee, Ind.; son-in- law, Mike Barber of Charleston, SC; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death are her parents listed above; husband, Ray Wheeler; daughter, Lucy Joan Barber; and brothers, Glen, Floyd, Hubert and Gene Nolan.

Visitation for Eulah will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, December 2, 2016, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield, 1780 West Main St, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 3, 2016, at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow the service at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
