Naomi Ruth Blessinger, 65, Carthage, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 13, 2016, at Hancock Regional Hospital. Ruth was born March 23, 1951, the daughter of Clyde and Thelma Kelley.
She attended the Early Methodist Church in Carthage, Indiana. Most importantly she loved and served her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Tom Blessinger of Carthage; two sons, Doug Bobbitt and Brian Bobbitt of Carthage; daughter, Mindy (Gary) Albert of Rushville; stepson, Tom Blessinger, Jr. of Indianapolis; five grandchildren, Devon Bobbitt of Carthage, Sierra Bobbitt of Connersville, Mallory Bobbitt of Connersville, Caydon Blessinger of Rushville, and Darlene Albert of Rushville; her mother, Thelma Kelley of Morristown; three brothers, Joe (Wanda) Kelley of Connersville, Jim (Teresa) Kelley of Bowling Green, Ky. and Mike (Janice) Kelley of Connersville; three sisters, Betty Oliver of Connersville, Marilyn (John) Price of Brownsburg and Bonnie (Ronnie) Isaac of Center Point; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Junior Kelley and a brother-in-law, Woody Oliver.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to Noon, Monday, November 21, at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service Knightstown Chapel. Funeral service will be at Noon, with Pastor Jim Kelley officiating. Burial will follow in Walnut Ridge Cemetery.
