Ronald S. “Ronnie” Denney, 63, a resident of Shirley went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 10, 2016. He was born April 25, 1953, in New Castle to the late Larson and Vera Marie (Rhodes) Denney.
Survivors include two children, Tara Denney (Julie Lewis) of Frankfort, Ky. and Joshua (Jessica) Denney of Anderson; three grandchildren; a brother, David (Kay) Denney of Knightstown; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Joe Denney.
Services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, November 16, at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service, Knightstown Chapel with Pastor Charlie Riggs officiating. Burial will follow in McCray Cemetery, Wilkinson. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service, Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Ronnie Denney Memorial Fund with envelopes available at the funeral home.
