NEW PALESTINE — Emergency crews are fighting a fire at a business in the 6000 block of West U.S. 52 in New Palestine.
Both lanes of U.S. 52 are shut down at Arbor Lane as crews fight the blaze, and traffic is slowed between south county roads 600W and 650W. Officials are asking that drivers avoid the area as traffic is being diverted.
Flames badly damaged at least one building. The cause of the fire is still under investigation, officials said. No other details were immediately available.
