Jerry Lee Mack, 57, of Indianapolis passed away October 25, 2016. He was born June 3, 1959, at Ft. Campbell, Ky., to Donald E. and Wilma A. Bruce Mack.
Jerry graduated from Warren Central High School and attended Indiana University. He was a self-employed painter, belonging to the Painters Union for 24 years.
Jerry is survived by son, Ryan L. Mack (Amanda); granddaughter, Kayla; mother, Wilma Mack; brother, Richard D. Mack (Lisa); sister, Debra A. Mack-Ferguson; brother, Bruce Mack; and several aunts; uncles; nieces and nephews.
His father, Donald E. Mack, preceded him in death December 30, 1997.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m., Friday, October 28, and from 10 a.m. til time of service, Saturday, October 29, at Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel, 9606 E. Washington St.
