Karen A. Walsh
Karen A. (Bucher) Walsh, 71, of Fortville, passed away Thursday, October 13, 2016, at her home. She was born on July 27, 1945, in Port Angeles, Wash., as the daughter of Jack G. and Ann F. (Corbin) Bucher.
Karen graduated from Vernon Township High School in 1963. She married David K. Walsh on November 30, 1963, at Fortville Christian Church. She worked in the office at IMI for over 10 years. Karen was a member of Fishers Church of Christ.
Karen is survived by her husband, David K. Walsh of Fortville; sons, David K. (Michele) Walsh Jr. of Muncie and Jeffery Scott Walsh of Fortville; sister, Jackie L. (Dennis) Ingram of Indianapolis; one grandchild, David K. Walsh III of Sturgis, Michigan; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 8 p.m. on Friday, October 21, at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 124 East Staat Street, Fortville, IN 46040, with viewing two hours prior to the service. Lanny Smith will be officiating.
