Little Cougar Wrestling sign-up approaching
The Greenfield Little Cougar Wrestling club will conduct a signup/informational meeting Monday. Weigh-ins for elementary wrestling (prekindergarten through sixth grade) also will take place during signups. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. inside the Greenfield-Central High School wrestling room. The cost is $125.

Cougars doubles pair heading to regional
The Greenfield-Central No. 1 doubles duo of Saben Fletcher and Dylan Wilburn will compete in the Fishers Regional on Saturday during the IHSAA Individual Tennis State Tournament.
The senior tandem is 18-3 on the year and 2-0 in the postseason. They will face Franklin County’s unbeaten Braydon Ertel and Dylan Little (24-0) at 10 a.m.
The winners will play Plainfield’s Tyler West and Derek Wright (21-2) in the championship match at 2 p.m.

Annual Cougars baseball golf outing slated
The 10th Annual Greenfield-Central High School Baseball Golf Outing is scheduled for Sunday at Royal Hylands Golf Club in Knightstown.
The cost to play is $75 per person or $280 per foursome. The fee includes golf, a cart and dinner afterward.
Registration begins at noon Sunday, with the Florida Scramble starting 1 p.m.
Sponsorship opportunities are available at $500, $250, $100, and $150 for contests, which include longest drive, closest to the pin, and putting.

Big Ten Women’s Tourney tickets on sale Saturday
All-session tickets for the 2017 Big Ten Women’s Basketball Tournament at Bankers Life Fieldhouse will go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Saturday.
This year’s tournament is March 1 to 5. General public tickets will be available at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse box office, Ticketmaster.com or charge by phone at 800-745-3000.
All-session tickets are available for $55 when purchased before Jan. 31. Seating for all sessions are general admission.
