Ann Marie (Loizzi) Sandberg, 73, of Fortville, died Wednesday, October 5, 2016, at her home. She was born on January 12, 1943, in Melrose Park, Ill., as the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Provenzano) Loizzi.
Ann is survived by her husband, John Sandberg of Fortville; son, Joseph Sandberg of Fortville; sister, Marie Jasker of Addison, Ill.; a grandson; and many nieces and nephews.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Mary Loizzi; brothers, Richard Loizzi and Oniell Buonaiuto.
A memorial gathering will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, October 14, at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 124 East Staat St, Fortville, IN 46040. A memorial service will immediately follow at 7 p.m. also at the mortuary. Father George Nangachiveettil will be officiating.
