Donations sought for weather camera
GREENFIELD — A local intermediate school is turning to the community to help raise money for a weather camera.
Greenfield Intermediate School’s previous weather camera, which was used by local TV news stations to view the skies, broke last year, said Emily Thompson, who is working alongside GIS principal Jim Bever to raise money for a new camera.
School officials hope to raise $7,700 for a new camera. They have started a GoFundMe for the project. To donate, visit gofundme.com/29tgzh89.
