HANCOCK COUNTY — Spay-Neuter Services of Indiana has partnered with area veterinary clinics to vaccinate, spay and neuter pets for a reduced cost for the month of October.
One local clinic, Mt. Comfort Animal Hospital, 5537 U.S. 40 West, Greenfield, is participating in the program. The cost for cats is: routine spay, $40; routine neuter, $35; procedure for animal that is pregnant/in heat, $50. For dogs, the cost is: routine spay, $50, routine neuter, $40; procedure for animal that is pregnant/in heat, $60. Vaccinations cost between $15 and $28 depending on vaccines desired.
