Stephen Leslie Walsh, 69, Fortville, died Monday, August 29, 2016. He was born on March 2, 1947, in Elwood, as the son of Merle J. and Ruth E. (Brown) Walsh.
Stephen is survived by his son, Jeremy J. (Sasha) Walsh of Philadelphia; grandson, Jeremy J. Walsh II; brother, David (Karen) Walsh of Fortville; niece, Gina Walsh-Risher of Cumberland; and several nieces and nephews.
Stephen was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Jack Walsh and Richard Walsh; and sisters, Beverly Bassmer, Arlene Heady and Nancy Noe.
A memorial gathering will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, September 8, at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 124 East Staat St, Fortville, IN 46040.
