Tyrone L. Neely Jr., operating a vehicle while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage, interim plate violation.
Robert Lemonds, domestic battery.
Brandon N. Parsley, operating a vehicle after being habitual traffic offender, possession of a narcotic drug, false informing, improper headlights.
