Charlotte S. (Reeves) Forth, Pendleton, died Saturday, August 27, 2016, at home surrounded by family. She was born in Ohio to the late Bert Reeves and Malinda (Eden) Durham.
Charlotte is survived by her children, Randall W. (Wanda) Forth of Pendleton, Todd (Michelle) Forth of Noblesville, and Bradley Forth of Pendleton; sister, Malinda (Robert) McConnell of Fortville; brothers, Ronald (Debbie) Reeves of Lapel and Ken Reeves of Anderson; and seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Forth in 2005 and her sister, Shirley A. Wade.
Visitation will be held from Noon to 2 p.m. on Thursday September 1, at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville. A Celebration of Charlotte’s Life will be held at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will take place at the Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
