Paul T. Pugh, 69, Carthage, died Sunday, August 21, 2016, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born August 10, 1947, in Celina, Ohio.
Survivors include five children, Timothy Pugh, Melissa Gaddis, Angela Pugh, Amanda Pugh and Whitney Pugh; several grandchildren; a brother, Zachary Pugh; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins and long time companion, Sylvia Ray.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A time of gathering will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, August 30, at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service, Knightstown Chapel.
