Location: P.O. Box 1, McCordsville
Type of Inspection: Routine
Violations found: NC/R – floor in back room in disrepair, holes in walls under desk area and under front window in donut-making area, to be corrected by Oct. 1; NC/R – tile backsplash around three-compartment sink needs to be cleaned and regrouted in places, clean shelf above three-compartment sink and floor in back room in corners, clean vent outside that vents fryer; C/R – sanitizing solution too strong; NC/R – post permit in public view.
