Joseph M. DeFur, 32, Greenfield, died Sunday, August 14, 2016. He was born on August 22, 1983, in Indianapolis, as the son of Roland R. DeFur and Teresa K. McQuade.
Joseph is survived by his mother, Teresa K. McQuade of Bayview, Idaho; father, Roland R. DeFur of New Palestine; daughter, Evelyn Marie DeFur of Greenfield; sister, Stacy DeFur of Edison, N.J.; and a nephew.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 20, at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. Deacon Frank Klauder will be officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Evelyn Marie DeFur Education Fund at any Greenfield Banking Company location, or envelopes will be available at the mortuary.
