GREENFIELD — Three Indianapolis residents appeared in court Wednesday after police officers said they found dozens of marijuana plants and other equipment used to grow pot inside two homes the suspects rented in McCordsville.
Derek Moore, his wife, Danielle Moore, and Lindsay Hillman are accused of running a marijuana growing operation of their homes in the Villages of Brookside subdivision. Each faces charges of drugs possession and maintaining a common nuisance; Derek Moore faces additional charges for dealing marijuana, court records show.
