Jack H. Seymour, 82, Indianapolis, died on Sunday, July 31, 2016. Born on August 24, 1933, in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Ray and Mary Seymour.
Survivors include his children, Pam (Gary) Lohkamp, Rodger E. (Shannon) Seymour, and Dexter R. Seymour; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and mother of his children, Wilma Seymour; sister, Ruth Lanan; two brothers, Harold Seymour and Donald “Dick” Seymour.
Friends may call from 2 to 7 p.m. on Friday, August 5, at G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave. Funeral Services for Jack will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, August 5, at the funeral home.
