GREENFIELD — The Greenfield-Central High School Rover Team will present a lunchtime demonstration of the human-powered rover designed and built by members of the team, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the Riley Park east shelter house, 210 N. Apple St.
As the only Indiana high school represented at the April International Human Exploration Rover Challenge in Huntsville, Alabama, the team placed second and fifth in different areas of competition.
Attendees are welcome to try and guide the rover over obstacles designed to mimic the Martian terrain.
