HANCOCK COUNTY — Several area residents recently graduated from universities or colleges. They were:
- Greenfield-Central graduate Kristen M. Wise, from Purdue University, with a bachelor’s degree of science from the College of Health and Human Sciences.
- An area student graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College and was named to the President’s Academic Recognition List and Dean’s List for the 2016 spring semester. Graduating was Matthew Phares of Franklin, cum laude, Dean’s List.
