City to demolish rundown trailer
GREENFIELD — The Greenfield Board of Public Works and Safety is moving forward with plans to demolish a second dilapidated structure.
At its most recent meeting on June 28, the board gave the property owner of a run-down trailer on Pennsylvania Street two weeks to demolish the building before the city would intervene.
As of Tuesday, the structure had not been demolished, city planner Joanie Fitzwater said.
The board chose to hire Fisk Services of Greenfield to complete the work for $3,300.
