HANCOCK COUNTY — Indiana Department of Transportation maintenance crews plan to close State Road 234 between State Road 109 and State Road 38 at 7 a.m. July 11 to replace drainage pipes under the road. The road will reopen before 5 p.m. July 14.
During the closure, a signed detour will route highway traffic around road work using State Road 109 and State Road 38. Access will remain available for local residents and destinations only. Drivers in the area should be prepared for steel plates and stone on the roadway in areas where pipes are replaced.
