HANCOCK COUNTY — First Financial Education Centers, a local nonprofit committed to teaching residents how to responsibly manage their money, recently had a ribbon cutting.
The ribbon cutting, which was organized by the New Palestine Chamber of Commerce, was done at the business, 4202 N. EMS Boulevard, off County Road 600W.
