NEW PALESTINE — Among dozens of early graduates from other county schools, one New Palestine junior also graduated ahead of her class.
Sarah Castetter was New Palestine’s sole junior to graduate this year. Castetter was set to graduate in 2017 but finished her required high school courses in time to graduate May 27 alongside students one year older than her.
Graduating high school one year early is no easy feat, educators say. Students have to be dedicated to their class schedules to complete required courses in time for an early high school finish.
