4-H queen pageant moves to church

GREENFIELD — For the first time in more than a decade, the Hancock County 4-H Fair Queen Pageant is being held away from the fairgrounds.

The pageant is scheduled for 4 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Park Church, 207 W. Park Ave., Greenfield. Doors open to the public at 3:30 p.m.

Twenty-nine contestants are vying for the title of Hancock County 4-H Fair Queen.

The pageant, sponsored by NineStar Connect, is free and open to the public.

The queen and her court will reign over this year’s 4-H fair, which runs June 24 through July 1.
