Registration open for Art Smart Camp

GREENFIELD — Registration is now open for Art Smart Camp, which runs from 2 to 40:30 p.m. July 18 through 21 at the Creative Arts and Event Center, 2 W. Main.

Sandy Hall, local artist and retired art teacher, will help young artists explore and manipulate mediums with a focus on process and problem-solving.

Supplies are included in the $125 registration fee. High school students looking for community service hours may inquire to help. Call 317-507-4617 or email [email protected] for more information or to reserve a spot. Deadline is July 10.

Ricochet Cloggers plan summer session

GREENFIELD — The Ricochet Cloggers are offering a four-week summer clogging session for $35 for ages three through adult.

Share your farm photos

INDIANA — The Indiana State Department of Agriculture (ISDA) is now accepting submissions for the 9th annual photo contest. Photographs submitted should feature the hard work and contributions made by Hoosier farmers.

The contest is open to the general public, and winning photographs will be featured at this year’s state fair. Contestants may submit up to five photos in digital form. Each photo must be accompanied by an entry form. Entries must be submitted no later than June 30. For more information, visit isda.in.gov.

Arts Council compiling musician database

HANCOCK COUNTY — The Hancock County Arts and Cultural Council is looking to create a database of Hancock County musicians and bands with at least one Hancock County resident that are available for hire.
