Foundation offers community grants

HANCOCK COUNTY — The Hancock County Community Foundation is offering grant funding to local community organizations this summer. 

The organization will offer grants from several of its funds to local nonprofit organizations that serve Hancock County residents. Capital improvement grants will support capital purchases of $500 or more with an expected useful life of 12 months of more, such as building repairs or additions, purchase of new equipment, purchase of technology, vehicles and furniture. Programming grants support activities that achieve a defined projected outcome.
