GREENFIELD — Steve Becker, an original founder of the Hancock County Character Council, will be the speaker for the council meeting at 7 a.m. Wednesday at NineStar Connect, 2243 E. Main St. Becker was instrumental in working with former chamber official Bobby Keene in starting the local character council chapter. The meeting is open to the public.
