Sign up for dance classes at academy
GREENFIELD — There’s still time to sign up for summer dance classes at Dance East Ballet Academy.
Sessions start June 6 and run through July 12. Classes are available for ages 18 months through adult in ballet, pointe, modern and tap.

Indianapolis Choir seeking original carols
INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Symphonic Choir announces the seventh annual Christmas Carol Commission Competition.
Submitted works must be original, unpublished, never publicly performed, three to five minutes long and written for mixed adult choir.
Songs may be a cappella or utilize a keyboard accompaniment. The deadline for submissions is Aug. 31.

Book arts exhibit pursuing entries
INDIANAPOLIS — The Harrison Center for the Arts and Herron Art Library are seeking artists to participate in a group book arts exhibit to open Aug. 5.

Palette and Paper offering craft camp
INDIANAPOLIS — Palette and Paper, 6421 Oaklandon Road, offers Kaleidoscope Kids Craft Camp from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 6 through 10 for ages 8 to 10 and June 20 through 24 for ages 11 to 13.
The camp, led by veteran crafter Cindy and Herron Art School student Molly, features a variety of projects using diverse mediums.
