David (Dave) A. Wheatley, 78, of Fountaintown, died on May 9th, at his residence. David was born in Boggstown, on April 27, 1938, a son of the late Pearl F (Heistand) and Herbert O. Wheatley.
Survivors include sons, Scott (Misty), Jim (Suzanne) and Brian (Almira) Wheatley; brothers, Burchard (Mary Lou), Ben (Joan) and Tom (Tracy) Wheatley; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a son, David Brian Wheatley.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 13, at Pleasanview Baptist Church, 12442 Southeastern Ave., Acton, IN 46259. Services will be on Saturday, May 14, at 9 a.m. in the church, with Pastor Don Well Officiating. Burial will be in the Acton Cemetery, Acton, IN.
