GREENFIELD — A celebration honoring Mark Dismore, a Greenfield native who raced in the Indianapolis 500 20 years ago, will be held 7 to 10 p.m. May 25 at the Greenfield Fraternal Order of Police, 400 E. Davis Rd.
Dinner is $10 and will begin at 6 p.m. All proceeds will benefit the Boys and Girls Clubs of Hancock County. Beginning at 7 p.m., Mayor Chuck Fewell will make a presentation to Dismore, and Wayne Addison will lead an Indy 500 driver auction. There will also be a black jack tournament, with entry at $25, and a cash bar.
