Joshua D. Shanklin, 38, of Indianapolis, died Monday, April 18, 2016. He was born March 15, 1978, in Greenfield.
He is survived by his daughters, Alexis and Jocelyn; mom and step-dad, Cynthia and Kenny Jackson; siblings, Melissa Homan, Jeremy Homan and Jennifer (Bryon) Jordan; several nieces and nephews; and companion Carley Holloway.
Josh was preceded in passing by his father, Dean E. Shanklin.
A service to celebrate Josh’s life will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, 2016, at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville. Friends may call from 5 p.m. until the time of service.
